White Eggplants

June 9, 2018 – bought a white eggplant plant from Home Depot and planted it in the semi-hydroponic Earth Box. The eggplant is on the bottom left.

August 6, 2018 – it seems the eggplants aren’t getting any bigger so I decided to pick them
August 9, 2018 – picked eggplant
August 13, 2018 – ended up picking six small eggplants. The plant didn’t produce anymore after this.
Time to make eggplant parm!
It was delicious!
